## Wat is de uren import tool?

De uren import tool is een slimme tool waarmee je jouw geëxporteerde Excel-bestanden makkelijk kunt transformeren naar een standaard upload format op het Maqqie platform. Je hoeft dus niet handmatig alles over te typen of aan te passen. Je geeft één keer aan wat er in welke kolom van je bestand staat, bijvoorbeeld waar de gewerkte uren, onkosten of verlofuren staan. De tool onthoudt dit en zorgt dat alles bij een import automatisch op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de verwerking van registraties veel sneller gaat, van uren naar slechts een paar minuten. Je voorkomt handmatige fouten en kunt makkelijk opschalen zonder extra werk.
